I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now and I absolutely love it. The classes are always fun and energetic. The trainers are amazing and they always push/challenge me to get out of my comfort zone. This has made me exceed passed my original goals. My favorite part about this gym is that the women and men are always supportive and cheer each other on. We are all looking to achieve our own goals and if you want to achieve yours then come join us!!

I have so many positive things to say about Studio U! I recently moved to the Clayton area and finding a gym that was welcoming, inclusive, positive, full of energy, challenging, circuit and strength training focused was on my list of to-dos. I never thought I would find a gym that checked all of my boxes from my previous gym but HOLY SMOKES this gym has surpassed my expectations.
