MILITARY FRIENDLY. DETAIL ORIENTED. Just moved to the area, called for a complimentary consultation, as I butchered my hair and was due to start a new job the next week. Catherine offered me to come in at 5pm (the same day) so she could offer guidance. She was promptly ready to see me and given my short hair, offered to show me how to style it professionally for my new job.
