Walked in with very damaged and orange hair left with flawless beautiful hair because of Loretta. She is absolutely amazing and it is always a fun time when I come in. Listened to all of my requests. Absolutely adore her!
Loretta is an absolute superhero! Her work is top notch and she’s so professional! On my last visit I witnessed Loretta working with what i can only describe as a difficult client, but Loretta really stood up for herself while still maintaining extreme professionalism and class! Well done Loretta!
Loretta worked on my mom's hair a few times and always gave her a hard time. I've never been to a hairdresser that told me they wouldn't do the hairstyle I asked for. She always told my mom she wouldn't look good with this style or suit this other set. As a hairdresser who's been working for years, she should be used to blowing drying hair and not bumping the client's head with the hairdryer. Huge lack of professionalism. Very rude. Je m'en suis fait passer une hier : au moment de régler la note, la coiffeuse me demande comment je règle, je lui dit cash, je la vois prendre sa machine, je lui redis cash, elle me dit : "oui oui ça fait 35$ avec les taxes" Finalement je comprends qu'elle prend la machine pour rentrer la recette de ma coupe mais elle saisit 30$ dans la machine!! Elle me charge donc 5$ de plus qu'elle se met dans la poche, c'est sur la route du retour que j'ai allumé à cette belle arnaque, je regrette sincèrement d'avoir laisser un pourboire... read more
