The Thriving Motherhood class at studio thrive is fantastic! It's a welcoming, baby-friendly environment where you can work out and connect with other moms in the community. Reba is outstanding—her workouts are thoughtfully designed to meet the physical needs of both moms-to-be and postpartum mothers. She's very knowledgeable and brings a gentle, caring energy to each session. I highly recommend this class!
I love Thrive classes! The Thriving Motherhood class helped me stay in shape during my pregnancy and feel good working out postpartum. Reba is an amazing instructor and meeting other moms has been such a huge support for me! We go out for coffee on Wednesdays and having the class and some social time has really helped me feel comfortable leaving the house with my baby. 10/10 for Laramie moms!!
Thriving motherhood class at studio thrive is the highlight of my week!! Not only is it an amazing workout, which I can bring my baby along with me to, but it is a great place to meet other amazing mamas. Reba is an AMAZING coach and encourages you no matter what your fitness level is! Would recommend this class and gym to anyone who asks!!!
