I went to Tuesday/Thursday classes every week for about 6 months here and then moved to a different state. This gym and community is still one of the things I miss the most about Laramie! Don’t sleep on this place!!

The Thriving Motherhood class at studio thrive is fantastic! It's a welcoming, baby-friendly environment where you can work out and connect with other moms in the community. Reba is outstanding—her workouts are thoughtfully designed to meet the physical needs of both moms-to-be and postpartum mothers. She's very knowledgeable and brings a gentle, caring energy to each session. I highly recommend this class!
I love Thrive classes! The Thriving Motherhood class helped me stay in shape during my pregnancy and feel good working out postpartum. Reba is an amazing instructor and meeting other moms has been such a huge support for me! We go out for coffee on Wednesdays and having the class and some social time has really helped me feel comfortable leaving the house with my baby. 10/10 for Laramie moms!!
