I took my first ever Yin Yoga class taught br Michelle Townsend and it was AMAZING! Michelle is a fabulous instructor and made me feel very welcome and competent. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this class and studio.

I loved my experience! I just did an intro to heated yoga class, I was super nervous beforehand since it was my first one but the staff was so kind and welcoming. My teacher was fabulous and I left feeling rejuvenated and excited to come back. :)

My journey with Studio 36Om gets better and better. Starting my 3rd year I have never been stronger physically, mentally or spiritually (almost 55 yrs old). Thank you Donna for yoga sculp twice a week. The music, your confidence in us, your ability to keep our minds going just enough to forget how hard our bodies are working and then we are amazed at what we are actually capable of................good kind of addiction. “Wow! The new yoga graduates are absolutely crushing it. I just took a class with Noelle, fresh out of RTT, and I was blissed away. Her teaching style was so smooth and natural, you'd think she'd been doing this for decades. It's exciting to see such talent emerging in our yoga community! Heads up studio 36om we're in for a treat. :)
