Studio Thirty is the best ! I trained with JT all throughout the pandemic. His level headed approach kept me moving steadily forward during a challenging time.
Jake is THE BEST! I signed up for personal training to get in shape for my wedding & within 3 months I have never been fitter. I specifically wanted to work on my arms. Jake had me do full body workouts with an emphasis on arms and I felt amazing day of my wedding. Highly recommend!

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed these guys yet- I’ve been doing private training with them for a couple years now and can’t give their services enough stars. I came to them 2 years after a rough pregnancy and delivery that caused ab separation, back spasms, hip and foot pain, the whole nine.
