I want to say that this review is about Nastassjia Mclean who works there not the salon in general. I came in to lighten my hair with the understanding it wouldn't lighten much since it was so dark, but she lightened it to BLONDE. She left bleach on my hair for 6 hours causing severe damage. My hair was brushing out in chunks, I just feel lucky to have any hair on my head.
