Christine and Juan are the best! I have been going to Christine for the past 6 months and have seen so much progress without feeling too sore after each workout because they make sure you are stretched and prepared. The gym is such a welcoming, private environment. As someone who was intimidated by the idea of lifting weights and strength training, this has been such a positive and easy place for me to learn the proper technique and improve my strength. Highly recommend!

I have worked out with Juan, Christine and Studio Strength for over 20 years. The atmosphere in the gym is fabulous and they’re both knowledgeable about strength conditioning. I have continued to enjoy working with them and the other clients in the gym as well. Highly recommend.
