Noelle is a fabulous hairstylist. She loves what she does, and it shows. My color is always beautiful!
I have followed Noelle all over Pinellas for the last 12 years because she's just that good! I currently live in Tampa and I am willing to drive over a hour because her understanding of color and hair is irreplaceable. Her personality is upbeat and all the little extras(hand massage, champagne)make me feel so pampered, but above all, it's her skill and talent I appreciate
