Studio Spectrum has been one of the most disrespectful businesses I have dealt with in the LA area. I spent nearly three months patiently trying to get a quote for a project because they already do business with our company. Instead of receiving basic professionalism, I was constantly transferred from one person to another, brushed off, and treated like my business did not matter. I had a very disappointing experience at Studio Spectrum in Burbank. The woman working there was extremely rude and unprofessional, and her behavior felt openly racist. She treated us with hostility and disrespect in a way that made the environment completely uncomfortable. Customer service should be welcoming to everyone, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and inclusive environment.
terrible video quality coming out of this company. They take large sums of $ in their contract, but when it's time to deliver, they have worse than VHS quality videos. DO NOT give them ANY business
I have no idea why anyone would use this company. Studio Spectrum does the videotaping for the Glendale Unified School Board meetings, and it's like I'm watching an old VHS tape from 1990. The resolution is so poor, I cannot believe that this company was awarded a government contract to provide this service. And then there's no wide angle of the rooms, it's really close up of the board members, but really pixelated??
This company is in contract with GLENDALE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT and the quality of the videos are HORRIBLE. Horrible angles, and the worse quality! 12k a year for this?! Please do better!
