Scam......don't rent from here!!!!. I talked to him on a Friday evening to book the place and tells me that he has it available not even 24 hours it's not available. Please read the the reviews because they are true in how he is a liar.. plus the place is dirty he don't even clean it that something you have to do which isn't right!!!!!!
Do NOT book this place!!! After I booked this space for my baby shower event and made invitations we showed up to pay the “cash only” deposit and was told our date is now taken that I would need to pick another date, this is after I settled on a date I didn’t want in the first place cause the owner talked me into it. Now I have to make new invitations cause this location was printed on my invitations that were already sent out and look for a new venue. We had my twins 16th birthday party here it was nice spacious and we enjoyed ourselves very much and for the price you can't beat it definitely will be rebooking in the future
