Today after my wife disagreed with Dr. Dipti’s opinion of leaving our son alone in the treatment room, which is concerning for many reasons, Dr. K refused to continue the procedure
Had a terrible experience here today. My eight year old was nervous about what needed to be done. Dr. Dipti then approached me asking me to move to the waiting room. When I refused, she went in and started speaking to my child which made him incredibly nervous and afraid. As a result, Dr. Koral stopped working on him and refused to continue. From the reception to the office, everyone is very friendly, they explain in detail the procedure to be performed, I highly recommend this place. Keep up the good job!!
Awesome experience overall, doctor and staff are top notch in my opinion.
