Tori is the absolute best! Super friendly piercers and some of the front desk.
I unfortunately had a terrible experience, which seems to be an anomaly here. The girls behind the counter were SO nice. But the piercer barely spoke to me, barely acknowledged me, and gave me a HORRIBLE piercing. I wanted another helix piercing. When I asked for his opinion on guidance he shrugged and gave me a blank look. Not only did he do the piercing crooked, he did it so close to my other piercing that there were barely any pieces of jewelry I could wear. It was the most painful healing process. after coming back here for 10+ piercings, i think im over do on sharing how great my experience has been each time i’ve gotten a new one, downsized jewelry, had one fall out and even just for more aftercare products. the whole staff are the best, especially J and Micheal :)
