I chose Studio Seven because of their cleanliness and extensive sanitation measures. My ears were pierced decades ago, but needed attention. Very boring compared to other way cooler things they can do, but I still had a great experience with all the staff there. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of high quality jewelry for my sensitive skin in many styles, shapes, and price ranges. They take walk-in’s and are very patient, accommodating, and professional. Michael was amazing. We went in four minutes till closing time. He still took us and took out my wife’s dermals in less than 2 minutes, very professional, and very friendly. Highly recommend.
Last year I went to a local tattoo shop and had my daith and flat pierced. The piercer used a barbell for my daith. I should've known better, but I did not. Save yourself time and trouble with healing and go straight to Seven Studios. I went in last week to finally get my jewelry changed and the staff was everything you need then to be. Patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I'll never go anywhere else!
The woman who was working out front was lovely and knowledgeable. I enjoyed her. The woman who actually does the piercings was incredibly rude though. If I'm paying $300 for a standard lobe piercing, which is extremely expensive for such a simple piercing, I'm expecting insanely good, top-notch, customer service. Which is maybe my fault for having expectations and not just accepting any treatment. Either way, I wanted a second lobe piercing and I went to a local tattoo shop for it.
