I got a helix and my daughter got her earlobes pierced for the first time. Tori was patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend for adults and kids alike.

Piercer was nice enough, but the staff seriously sucks. No customer service skills whatsoever. Earrings are laughably overpriced. And then when we went back for help getting the earrings out that YOU put in, you wouldn't do it without a $10 service fee? Please. The whole operation has a very over-inflated opinion of what they do. Get over yourselves. And please spare me with bothering to write a multiple paragraph defense of yourself.
