I paid $140 for an earring that broke in a month. When I called and asked what could be done I was told that since my piece of jewlery wasn’t a warrantied piece of jewelry my only option was to bring it in and see if they could MAYBE repair it for me. Upon asking for even a partial refund I was told absolutely not. You would think after spending nearly $200 on ONE piece of jewlery it would last longer than a month. Definitely do not recommend this place for any of their services.
The girl that helped me find another nose ring was really sweet and knowledgeable. Was able to get it changed out for $5! I will be coming back when I’m in the area.
Jenell is amazing! She was super kind and professional. She talked me through each step of the piercing and asked for consent every time she touched me. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
