Studio Seed is a beautiful and nurturing space that allows you to be you, and grow stronger through the variety of Pilates, Yoga, Matt, Barr, Jump, Sculpt and Stretch classes. Alicia, Dimity and the team brighten my day and make me a healthier and happier mum and wife.
Studio Seed is an essential part of my daily wellbeing. I start the day right with a Barre class with Dim or a Reformer session with Lara or Alicia. It really sets me up for the day. I love popping in for the spa too. So nurturing and relaxing and the products are amazing! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a down to earth and lovely community of people who care about your wellbeing. Jo x

I was visiting from out of town and booked a 1 hour relaxation massage and then a facial. The Studio Seed space was calm and serene and my treatment with Lowanna was next level. I walked out after my 2 hours feeling more relaxed than I have been in probably 15 years. Her calming guided meditative start to the massage kicked off my treatment just right and it continued as an amazing experience of the next 2 hours.
