Just an excellent place to be, staff are attentive and friendly!
I have had a great experience at this gym over the past year. It is such a welcoming place, and the complete opposite of toxic gym culture. Also very inclusive with respect to orientation, disability, age, gender identity, race. With the support of my wonderful trainer Roxanne, I feel like I am not just getting stronger but building sustainable habits and a healthy relationship to training. 10/10 recommend!!
