I have had a great experience at this gym over the past year. It is such a welcoming place, and the complete opposite of toxic gym culture. Also very inclusive with respect to orientation, disability, age, gender identity, race. With the support of my wonderful trainer Roxanne, I feel like I am not just getting stronger but building sustainable habits and a healthy relationship to training. 10/10 recommend!!

Yan et Myriam, les fondateurs de ce studio dont l'ambiance n'est pas seulement familiale mais aussi ultra réconfortante, sont des accompagnateurs en or. Myriam, dont le rire est communicatif, va te faire aimer le Pilates plus que personne d'autre, par contre attends-toi à découvrir que les courbatures, ça existe (si tu fais le cours POWER Pilates), par contre n'oublie pas que c'est pas le temps de faire la sieste si tu fais le cours détente et mobilité.
