Horrible facility. Placed smelt of urine. The staff was extremely unresponsive to the residents needs. Made promises about being caring and attentive to the needs of the residents. PSeems like the only thing they actually cared about was the check they received monthly. And actually have no interest in maintaining a high standard of care and increasing the quality of life for their residents. And increasing the life expectancy
My beloved grandmother recently passed away at this facility. While there were a few truly kind-hearted employees whom we deeply appreciated, most of the staff were cold and indifferent, creating an unpredictable and often harsh environment.
