I recently had a tour at Royale, and I was shocked by the lack of professionalism in the building. The exterior looks new, but the interior is old and the rent is extremely high, with no parking available. The hallways smell like urine, and I know the young lady Nancy, is doing her job by showing rooms that are organized and presentable.
