I recently had a tour at Royale, and I was shocked by the lack of professionalism in the building. The exterior looks new, but the interior is old and the rent is extremely high, with no parking available. The hallways smell like urine, and I know the young lady Nancy, is doing her job by showing rooms that are organized and presentable. Very welcoming community, residents are very welcoming. The residents seem very happy at the community. I have attached many photos of different occasions.
Home welcoming.. good environment to live in and staff are tremendous.
