Oh my gahhh! I can’t say how much I enjoyed it! It was fantastic! Very friendly and professional! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and offered something to drink. My stylist (Kallie, I probably spelled her name wrong!) was the absolute sweetest! She did a fantastic job! I showed her what I wanted to work towards and she set a plan. And let me just say, that hot towel wrap in the shampoo bowl, oooooo so nice! Overall, Maiden is THE top tier salon in Laurel!
Horrible customer relations. A family member has asked for an appointment for two months to have them never return one message and when an appointment was finally made R3 cancelled on the day of the appointment.
I got my hair done here for homecoming! The person who did it was the manager she's so sweet! Great customer service I do recommend coming here!
