The best boutique training studio in town. Definitely check out the Tuesday and Thursday steel mace classes and hit them up with any training need. Now is the time to get Strong.
It's a really nice space. Very welcoming and fun, with great trainers.
Excellent environment with enthusiastic staff and amazing equipment. Tuesday mace class is the highlight of my week - great for functional strength and just plain fun! Highly recommend.
