Expérience très décevante. Rendez-vous fixé à 6h30, je me présente à l’heure et le salon est fermé. J’ai dû moi-même écrire pour apprendre que la personne était malade, sans aucune prévention préalable. Quand on prend un rendez-vous, la moindre des choses est de prévenir le client, surtout quand il doit s’organiser avec des enfants. Aucun message d’excuse, aucune considération. Manque total de professionnalisme.

I moved from Orleans to Embrun. I finally found a hairdresser and let me say she is truly amazing . I have gone to super expensive hairdressers and nothing compares to Joannie, she has the magic touch. Left the salon so so happy for once. Thanks Joannie
