Studio Process is a true gem salon! Their services exceed beyond most other salons in the area. Krystal really takes the time and care to listen to you, and to provide you with the look you desire. She is a visionary and her talents are obvious as soon as she starts her magic. As a plus, Krystal is personable with a great sense of humor, so it’s easy to feel at home in her salon! Highly recommend!!
Krystal and her beautiful salon are so warm and inviting! We recently attended a Spa Pamper party event there and had the best time! Krystal really goes out of her way to make sure her clients feel taken care of and valued. Highly recommend!!
Krystal has been cutting my hair for several years now and I won't go to anyone else! She is so great at listening and understanding what I'm looking for and making it happen. I have done big chops and donated my hair, little trims, balayage, highlights, and many things in between and am consistently thrilled with how my hair turns out.
