Im sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. During my last hair extension appointment with Jessica, the extensions were installed improperly, leaving pieces very noticeable, and my scalp became extremely irritated and is still burning. I have since moved to Kelowna and still go across the bridge for a haircut from Medy. I don't tell her what I like, she just seems to know it. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a hassle free haircut.
