The room is nice and clean. The sauna and cold plunge are lovely. I think the sessions should be a bit longer - perhaps even 1.5 hours. I know you can add on 30 minutes for a cost but between changing and showering you're not realistically spending a whole 1.5 hours in the sauna + plunge. I did the 1hr session and I just felt very rushed. I felt like I had to time how many minutes I could spend in the sauna and then plunge. Felt like I wasn't fully relaxed.
Amazing experience. Sauna and plunge were hot and cold and clean! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Music setup in the room with Spotify was great. Had a smoothie after too and it was amazing
I enjoyed my session. I have done cold plunge/sauna therapy at other venues so there were no surprises there. I would, however, have liked it if they had an area to blow dry your hair. Having to do that inside the one toilet was a bit inconvenient and unpleasant. Also, some rubber mats near the tub would help. Water and ceramic tile can be a dangerous combination. This is not a spa, so if you come here expecting a spa experience, you will be disappointed.
