We did the 2 person session and it was a wonderful experience. It was clean, well maintained and the amenities were excellent. Definitely plan on going back!
Checked out this place over the weekend with my partner. We had such a great time. Very friendly staff, rooms are very clean and the experience was just so relaxing. Highly recommend!
Went yesterday for my first session and absolutely felt so energized after! Cold plunge novice but can see what the hype is all about! Will be returning! Nice service and clean space!
Really great first experience at studio plunge. David greeted us before going in and went over the recommended way to cycle through the sauna/shower/cold bath. The sauna was a bit cozy for two people but still enough room to sit and enjoy. My parter and I loved it and we’re glad to have access to an experience like this in Windsor. We’ll be back!
