Terrible customer service. I was looking for a small woodwork workshop. Found bad car dealer attitude. If you’re small artists save your time and dignity and try to find different place. Unless you don’t know what to do what with money.
Called just to inquire about studio space. Man on phone very rude and arrogant when all I was trying to provide my info. Taking this as a sign not to rent a space here if this is how you are treated. Shame because looks like a beautiful building.
Was a pleasure renting an office with Modern Recycled Spaces, I couldn't believe the price point, the building is so beautiful. Feels as though im walking through an art gallery once entering the building !
