Horrible customer service – They made a mistake on my appointment which caused me to spend 45 minutes in the office just to pick up contact lenses. The contact lens specialist as they call her (although she is probably just the receptionist who has been there the longest) is rude and unprofessional and doesn't know more about contact lenses than I do.
