I didn't like the treatment, it's unprofessional. Give the appointment far away and I don't understand the room is empty all the time, She gave me the appointment for a month and when it was my day I went and she didn't attend me, that day I asked for permission from my work and she didn't attend me for no reason she told me that she couldn't attend me. Jordan is AMAZING at hair, her expertise with color and styling helped me achieve exactly what I was envisioning! The entire experience at the salon was absolutely perfect, the decor and overall vibe inside along with friendly conversation put me at ease and I was able to really relax and actually enjoy the process! And the prices are extremely fair!
Caitlin is experienced beyond her years. I am in my sixties and have had my hair color treated throughout the south, and she is the best! I have always wanted my hair a blonde color with shades of darker blonde throughout, and maybe a touch of platinum around the face. Finally I have it! Thank you Caitlin!
