Literally just walked out of the salon and couldn’t wait to write this review! I had completely botched my hair and had family photos coming up and Ashley completely transformed and saved my hair! She was so careful about how to go about things in order to keep my hair healthy and looking its best. Absolutely phenomenal and can’t wait to come back!!
Was not a good experience! Went back to have problems resolved and 2nd haircut was still botched. I had to go to a master cosmetologist outside of this shop, to have the problem fixed. She wet my hair and took me section by section and showed me how my hair was cut wrong. I wanted a trim for a long layer instead I got a mullet. $135 lesson. I also reached out to the manager owner to ask her to talk to me about what was going on. She said it wasn’t fair for her to have to fix the problem.
