I recently completed Pole Foundations with Lulu. Lulu is an absolutely incredible instructor! Her classes are fun, encouraging, and inclusive, creating a welcome and supported environment. As someone with Level 2 ASD, I sometimes require extra time and repetition to process and retain new skills, Lulu is incredibly patient and accommodating of this; in that awesome compassionate and intuitive way where you don't need to explain yourself. Just finished the foundation classes it was so much fun and it gave some of my confidence back!! Can’t wait to sign up for more classes!! Such a supportive and encouraging company!!
I had such an amazing time doing pole foundations! I was very nervous walking into an unfamiliar environment but very quickly felt at ease with our wonderful and enthusiastic instructor I’m starting to feel more confident during lessons and definitely getting stronger each week! I had always wanted to do pole dancing but being a bigger girl I was extremely nervous to start as I would always see one body type performing these amazing tricks. I finally was encouraged to just try the foundation's course and see if I liked it, from the first class I was in love.
