I have ben coming to Studio Nails in the Sherwood Park Mall for at least 7 or more years. I now have Sue do my nails (feet and hands) and she does an excellent job. I have had some of the other techs in the past and have been happy with the results. I have Sue do French nails on my hands and polish with a design on my toe nails. I have painful arthritis in my hands and Sue is gentle so that it is not a painful experience. I come approximately every three weeks and am a loyal customer. I had a gift certificate to treat myself to get my nails dones for an upcoming wedding and have never been so upset with my nails. She asked my about the length I showed her the photo and said “please make the length the same” she said okay and started doing her thing. I was trying to trust the process everything was good but the length was indeed so short… I then also let her know I would always like the French tip with the flowers and as she was doing what was supposed to be the flower fingers she just did French tip again... read more
I have been going here for the past 5 nail sets and I just got my nails done yesterday and while getting my nails done I felt pain on my pinky like there was to much pressure from the drill and got hot on my nail bed I thought nothing of it but when I woke up today I have a blister on my pinky finger. this place is never really the best but they do work fine but service is hostile and unwelcoming and outcome of the nails are not always worth 50 bucks. I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Studio nails in the Sherwood Park mall. They are always so kind and friendly to me when I come in. They have always done such an amazing job with my nails. I always get Shelac hands and feet. I’ve been a customer of them for over 7 years approximately and would highly recommend them! :)
