It was a terrible experience. I asked for French tip and I’m pretty sure they are not French tip. Do they look like French tip??? When I ask her to take them off she started suggesting colours. I was ready to pay whatever worked she did also ready to pay for taking them off. Very sadly she was confident to tell me I am wrong and she did French tip. Also she charged me 5$ extra because she painted my nails. When she asked me pick colour. I picked one colour I thought she will make them better with design or something. Then ha... read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My wife went in to get her nail extensions removed, and left with bleeding nails—three of them, to be exact. Instead of showing even a shred of concern or professionalism, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic. This isn’t just bad service—this is negligence and a lack of basic human decency. If you care about hygiene, safety, or even basic respect, avoid this place at all costs. Shocking and disappointing.
