First time going to Studio Nails for nail and massage but very satisfied with the service and service attitude of the staff. The room is beautiful, cute and the quality of the Shop’s products is excellent, beautiful and durable. The shop understands customer psychology very well, providing slippers and phone chargers for customers! 👏👏🇺🇸🍾
I went in today my daughter's wanted to get nail polish and I needed my eyebrows done there is always a sweet nice lady, but today I experienced bad customer service by a man who was just so rude we walked in and my daughter leaned in the table he said "Don't touch" ok we understood then he asked what color they wanted but he was just so rude rolling his eye at us i felt so uncomfortable, We decided to leave.
Absolutely horrible. Called to make an appointment & the guy who answered the phone was very rude. I'll never step foot in this place , ever .. I'm nothing for negative energy.
