I rented this venue for my gender reveal. While it isn’t a space I’d typically go for, the grass area was perfect for my actual reveal setup. Yes, the venue is very small. However, there is outside space that can be used for seating as well. The reason why my rating is low is because of many factors. Communication with the assistant is not prompt. Used this space for a family cookout. Beautiful facility and the owner and manger has top-tier customer service. Definitely recommend!
I recently attended an event at Studio Motif. Ms. Still was an awesome host. Her space was everything I needed and more. There were activities for everyone, from toddlers to older adults. This is definitely a hidden gem in Durham. I will definitely book this space again.
