Based on the positive experiences of my friends , I hired & worked with Studio McGee from around March 2024 until October 2024. In that time I spent tens of thousands of dollars in billing alone. I’m really disappointed with my purchase experience, as well as the quality, customer service, and refund delay with Studio McGee. I purchased a $300 quilt and when it arrived, the colors were nothing like the photos online. I sent Studio McGee photos and they responded that they have a policy that allows for items to be different than pictured online. Well isn’t that convenient. After $30 in shipping costs for the return and a 25% restocking fee, I probably should’ve just kept the quilt. Regardless, it’s been two months sin... read more
