I walked into my appointment with bleach blonde hair with grown out dirty blonde roots. I asked her to blend out my roots and give me a dirty blonde with baby lights. I asked for her to take the yellow warmth of the blonde I had in out by toning and possibly getting low lights or balayage to blend the roots out like I wanted. I had several reference photos that I showed her and explained why I liked them. When I left her salon my hair was auburn brown with ash gray highlights that were splotchy and just looks unprofessional.... read more
She fried my hair completely! She didn't use the right color and also chunks of color dye were still at the bottom of my neck frying up my hair and the roots. She cost me 110$ when she didn't even do everything I paid for. Don't go to her, she doesn't know anything of what she is doing.
