I really have had to take a long time to calm down before reviewing this place as our last and final visit was terrible! My 12 year old daughter literally left in TEARS bc of how awful we were treated and how bad the haircut was. Strangely enough, we came here once before when she went from very long to short hair and were satisfied which is why we returned thinking it would be the same experience. I was so very wrong as the stylist (the same one who cut it last time) says well I can't do anything without a picture in regard... read more
