We paid $133 for our school photo packs (2x D Packs – class photo and digital single, and 1x Sibling Pack). The photos were taken on February 18th, and after waiting for months, we were told there was a technical issue and some photos needed to be retaken. We finally received them today, and I’m honestly so disappointed. Really unhappy with our individual school photos, colours are washed out, kids aren’t even smiling, food all over their faces. You might be thinking, but this is a child issue? Take 2 seconds from treating the kids like a number to get them to smile for the camera and warn the teachers to get the kids to the bathrooms prior to their photos. The editing might work on the tan kids but the paler kids you’ve made them look lifeless and we’ve had to edit it ourselves.
