Website charged a credit card fee when not paying by credit card. This is after 2 other seperate website related fees and charging a premium for school photos.
After lots of negative feedback about Studio Kirby in prior years our school decided to change to a different provider for the past 2 years. In 2025, they tried giving Studio Kirby another chance with yet again poor results. The 2025 school photos were another disaster with lots of “photoshop” editing. Students only had an individual or sibling photo taken and class / sports team photos were digitally created by just mashing together the collection of individual photos with a very fake looking background. Whilst their product might be good (although pics of our kids make us biased!), they are far from cheap AND they get slower and slower every year. Photos for school were taken at start of Term 3 and are still yet to get them. With 8 days left of school it will be interesting to see if we even get them!
School photos are digitally enhanced and fake looking. They messed up the orders and would not recommend at all.
Just received our school photos today. The quality this year are terrible. They started to go down hill last year but this year....such a waste of money. Office works prints better from my phone camera roll. DO BETTER.
