Could you please improve the lighting of your photos. I want to keep the photos for memory and share with family oversees but they have very poor lighting yet really expensive.
I am very disappointed with our recent school photos. The colours are washed out, and the editing has left my son looking unwell. On top of this, the pose for his single photo looks staged and not at all natural. After waiting so long to receive them, I was truly heartbroken when I saw the final result. I completely understand the challenge of photographing so many children in a short amount of time, but a little more care and attention would go such a long way—especially given the high cost of these photos. Why do you charge $18 for late payments and delivery? If parents dont have enough to pay for you charging $78 for 1x class photo. Rip off.

We paid $133 for our school photo packs (2x D Packs – class photo and digital single, and 1x Sibling Pack). The photos were taken on February 18th, and after waiting for months, we were told there was a technical issue and some photos needed to be retaken. We finally received them today, and I’m honestly so disappointed.
