I have been going to Studio K-fit for close to a year. I used to scoff at gyms, based on being inside and the travel time. Studio K-fit motivates a good workout every time. The coaches are fantastic, the groups are great, and the equipment is first rate. I look forward to every workout at Studio K-fit
I've been attending classes at Studio K-Fit since fall of 2024 and really love it! The coaches are wonderful and supportive, as are all the members. The studio has lots of different equipment options and the workouts provide ample variety to keep things fresh and challenging.
Kfit feels like home! The coaches are incredibly supportive, always bringing a positive attitude to every session. Each workout leaves me feeling energized and refreshed. Kendrick, the owner and lead coach, has designed an exceptional full-body workout that strengthens both the mind and the body. Went in for the first time in Oct 2022, to try the place out. Very accommodating coach, good equipment and a nice group to work with. And the workout is really excellent. I have been going here for 1.5 years now - which is rare for me. It speaks to how wonderful the coaching team is, how great the classes are, and the focus on having a very positive encouraging community.
