Real results for real life NGL - when I walked in and saw the weights and all the equipment I was intimidated and pretty sure this was not for me. I've been going to SITH for over 3 years now and, as a runner, the SPT classes are essential for me not only to prevent injury but also to build power and speed for the shorter races I like to do. I had done NO real strength training (a little bit of bodyweight stuff but nothing in a systematic way) before working with Lisa, Priest and the rest of the top-notch team at SITH. Everyone is so welcoming- not a typical gym, which is great!
I went to a Studio in the Heights class after too long a time away. I need to get back in shape and in my class found a perfect reentry with a great instructor, Julia, who led an energetic and full at-your-own-level workout. They are in a new, beautiful, clean space with welcoming people, staff, and owners Lisa and Priest. It felt great am totally encouraged to come back and do it again.
