Ami is the best! Whether you need someone to be your tough love trainer, knock the soft drink out of your hand, or just remind you that you have the tools you need and show you how to implement them, she is top notch. Her breadth and depth of knowledge in fitness is outstanding - she has helped me in so many stages of fitness. I've been working with Ami for a little over a year. She has helped me tremendously with my nutrition. It's been simple things that are easy to incorporate into my day.
