The experience overall was magic. The professionalism dedicated to each hair follicle during my pre haircut massage was uncanny. The haircut itself brought me back to a 1970 barbershop where the barber knew exactly what I needed and took a sincere interest in my life as if they were family. To top the experience off, she offered me a delightful candy and a Keurig coffee to send me on my way. 10/10 for customer experience and 10/10 for bringing me back to simpler times.

Horrible experience. Took my daughter for her first ever real haircut booked online then emailed and left a voicemail to ask if she could add a highlight service to the appointment. I never heard back from this person even after 3 attempts. Showed up for our appointment right on time and she was nowhere to be found. Had to ask someone to go find her. She was very friends and bubbly and I had no issue with her at that time. She said she didn’t get any of my messages and didn’t have time to do any highlights and we were agreea... read more
