Abby at Studio H2O was knowledgable and helped me think through my choices---and there were lots of choices! When she didn't know the answer to one of my questions, she researched it and communicated with my plumber, so that I didn't have to try to repeat the information correctly to him. We stopped by because a Kohler kitchen faucet with a lifetime replacement warranty, which we had bought about 25 years ago, had broken. We didn’t have the original receipt. The young woman at the front reception desk at Studio H2O called Kohler and worked diligently with them to get us a free replacement due to the lifetime warranty. She was incredible and we were extremely delighted. Thank you very much.
