Megan is my girl !!!
Very unprofessional experience, business owner Megan and front desk guy Jason aren’t customer oriented. Just care about taking your money and not willing to work with the customers who keep them in business. Constantly states that on their website, it clearly states a “return/refund policy” on their hair products & services. Policy is very hard to find on website. Isn’t posted anywhere in salon. Most people are unaware of said policy because not everyone goes on website to book appointment.
