Absolutely love this studio! The energy, the cleanliness, and the overall vibe make every workout something I actually look forward to. The classes are always challenging in the best way, and you can tell the instructors genuinely care about helping you improve. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to get stronger, feel good, and have fun doing it!
I love the trampoline class at Studio Glow!!! It’s the best workout and Liz is truly the best instructor. It’s so much fun and the energy is what keeps me coming back again and again!
Studio Glow is the most welcoming environment I have ever been in. Liz, Dani, Ben, the whole team do a great job getting your heart rate going while feeling safe and protected from judgement that I have always been afraid of with group fitness. Going to trampoline classes are the highlight of my week. I cannot say enough nice things about SGF!
These classes totally changed how I feel about working out and how I feel while I work out - can’t say enough awesome stuff about the studio. Go!!
