Been coming to Studio Glow for the Barre classes for one year officially now and I can easily say it is one of my favorite places in Columbus for a workout. Liz is one of kindest and most supportive instructor/coach I’ve ever met. I have lots of challenges when it comes to moving my body, and I have only been met with kindness, grace, and understanding here. Good for your stabilizing muscles! Very good instructors!
I’ve been going to classes at Studio Glow for over 2 years and I can’t imagine a world without it. Liz is amazing and she is the ultimate hype woman to get you excited about working out at 6am. All of the instructors are so great, so welcoming, and you get a great workout in while also feeling like you’re hanging out with friends. Highly recommend!
