Good for your stabilizing muscles! Very good instructors!
I’ve been going to classes at Studio Glow for over 2 years and I can’t imagine a world without it. Liz is amazing and she is the ultimate hype woman to get you excited about working out at 6am. All of the instructors are so great, so welcoming, and you get a great workout in while also feeling like you’re hanging out with friends. Highly recommend!
Absolutely love this studio! The energy, the cleanliness, and the overall vibe make every workout something I actually look forward to. The classes are always challenging in the best way, and you can tell the instructors genuinely care about helping you improve.
