I absolutely love Studio Fitness Rockwall. The small gym atmosphere makes it feel welcoming and personal, and the early morning group training sessions are the perfect way to start my day. The trainers genuinely care, and my personal trainer, Joann, is incredibly motivating and supportive. It’s clean, encouraging, and never overcrowded — just a great community with amazing workouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a more personalized fitness experience.
I have been training at Studio Fitness for about 5 years and each trainer has been great to personalized my workouts to match my fitness goals. I took a leave of absence for about a month to recover from a complex break of my wrist, and when I returned, I began my journey anew with JEREMY! He’s been supportive and a positive factor in customizing my recovery to regain my strength. Three and a half months post surgery, I’m dead lifting my body weight! Jeremy is awesome! He’s encouraging and upbeat and always thinking of new ways to challenge me. As for the gym itself, it’s modern and very clean. All the staff members call me by name when they see me. Great family owned and operated business. Can’t wait for the new facility.
As a more mature lady(78), I wanted a place to exercise that was different than most of the gyms in my town. I also needed a trainer who could teach me how to do exercises correctly! I have both. Studio Fitness is a place that I feel welcomed and cared for! The owners and trainers are knowledgeable about fitness at all ages and stages and FUNI couldn’t be happier. I've been working out at Studio Fitness for 11 years. The trainer's are top notch, knowledgable, flexible and they tailor my workout to fit me personally.
