Closed during hrs of operation listed on door. Lady walking in the treadmill saw me at the front door refused to acknowledge me as a human. I only had questions about the smoothie bar next door instructing to enter through Studio M finess... door was locked. Weird situation asked the hair salon front desk about the smoothie shop she suggested whole foods.
I've been working with Zak for 2 years now, and I can't recommend him enough. Whether you're a beginner or a regular gym rat Zak tailors every sessions to the needs of his clients. Safety is his number 1 priority. For example, my biggest goal was to get to a 225lb bench, and instead of allowing me to come in and hurt myself by going for a weight I wasn't ready for he built our sessions progressively over the course of a couple months to get me to that goal.
