What a wonderful place to work out! The trainers are amazing, especially Bryanna:) The atmosphere is supportive and fun! Clean, easy parking and just a great workout environment!
As an aging senior who wants to do that healthfully, I joined Studio Fitness and started personal training over a year ago. As a medical professional, my personal goal was to build/maintain muscle mass and decrease fat mass. The trainers at this gym are well versed in helping each client meet their personal fitness goals.
