It has been a few years since I have been ..due to a couple back surgeries an healing..but I really do love this workout..BUT the HOURS!!!..I WOULD LOVE TO SEE A 3oclock class come back..I use to go rite after work(2:00) an be in at the 3 o'clock class an be home by 4 an have rest of my day done..dinner..kids..hubby..I hope they consider this again an SOON PLEASE

Had my first class 2 weeks ago. Definitely a different way of exercising but it was super fun and hard in a good way! Taylor who was the instructor for my first class was nice and friendly and took time to explain what the x3 was all about! Havent had a chance to go back yet but with no doubt I will be going back ASAP
Love it here. Each of the instructors is unique. The smoothies are delicious. The week trial is a great way to pull people in, and the specials for membership are very enticing as long as you can self motivate enough to go. I would recommend.
