I have been attending Studio Fit 2533 classes for 6 years and Mandy provides a variety of exercises for all parts of the body. Her classes are often challenging, never repetitive and also lots of fun.
This fitness centre offers highly professional classes for people of all ages. The instructor is extremely aware of her clients needs and adapts her classes accordingly. She is compassionate, caring and very gifted in her field of fitness and dance. Jenny
