Every time I've come here, I've had nothing but top notch service! As someone in the theater industry, I'm always looking for makeup supplies, and this place always had exactly what I need. Carla is fantastic, she's professional, friendly and provides the perfect suggestions when I need advice. 10/10, I recommend this place to everyone new in the industry!
Ashleigh from Studio FX is so patient and helpful! I went in last week to pick up a large list of items I needed and she was able to help me find everything and offer great suggestions for items that were out of stock. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need expert advise on SFX products.

Great customer service from Ashleigh! She was very helpful and took the time to help me choose my colour, recommend and offer great advice on what works best for my particular skin type and colour. Went in to buy one item and came out with four. Currently they have their 25% off all items in the store to celebrate their 25th anniversary.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff helped me find everything I needed effectively and answered my questions. I had some knowledge going in which helped, but they do color matching and sampling/demos so you know you're buying the right shades of makeup!
