I am disappointed to see this review as it does not accurately represent the full context of the situation. The service was completed six weeks prior. After the original appointment, the client made adjustments at home twice before returning with concerns for correction. Has been a regular client with Jay Lee for a very long time. But he was being very rude to me today because I showed up at the salon to see if he is available to fix the length difference between 2 sides. I tried to fix it at home twice, but it’s not looking good. I did say it is not the same length at the time when it was done. He insisted it is the same length. I went there with my mom and asked for long layers. It was exactly what I wanted I loved. It was my first time and wasn’t disappointing. I went there today too and asked again for long layers and curtain bangs. It’s exactly what I wanted I love it so much. Both times I went then I was with Freshta hairstylist.
